3. Pricing & Payment

4. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimated based on current production capacity and material availability. We will communicate any unforeseen delays promptly. Risk transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier or on-site handover as agreed.
5. Inspection & Acceptance
Delivered goods must be inspected within 7 days. Any discrepancies or damages should be reported immediately with photographic evidence. Acceptance is deemed confirmed if no written notification is received within the inspection period.
6. Warranty
Tarun Pipe & Fitting Co warrants that products will conform to agreed specifications and be free from material defects for 12 months from delivery. Warranty is void if fittings are misused, modified, or installed contrary to our guidelines.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of defective goods at our discretion. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from product usage.
8. Intellectual Property
