Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how Tarun Pipe & Fitting Co handles order cancellations, returns, and refunds for products and services.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled without charge within 24 hours of confirmation, provided manufacturing has not commenced.
  • After 24 hours, cancellation requests will be reviewed based on production status. Costs incurred for materials, tooling, or labour will be deducted from any refundable amount.
  • Custom-engineered products cannot be cancelled once fabrication has started, unless mutually agreed upon with applicable charges.

Returns & Replacements

  • Please inspect goods upon receipt. Report damages or discrepancies within 7 days with relevant documentation.
  • We will arrange repair, replacement, or credit for verified manufacturing defects or transit damages.
  • Returns for non-defective custom products are generally not accepted, as they are built to unique specifications.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days through the original payment method or via bank transfer.
  • Tarun Pipe & Fitting Co reserves the right to set off outstanding dues before issuing refunds.
  • We will communicate refund status and supporting documentation for your records.

Service Engagements

Advance payments for consultancy, prototyping, or installation services are non-refundable once the engagement has commenced. Rescheduling will be accommodated where possible.
